Terms of use

Using Bible Pocket.

Updated October 11, 2026. These product terms apply to Bible Pocket, provided by Calvity AI (Bible Pocket team), alongside Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Contact support@calvityai.com.

01

App license and availability

The iOS app uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for the app license. These product terms describe the related service and do not remove your statutory consumer rights. The first release uses guest access and does not offer third-party sign-in.

The first release is intended for overseas markets and excludes mainland China. Actual availability is shown by the App Store. Features, content, languages and cloud services depend on the offered version, region, connectivity and provider availability.

02

Eligibility and permissions

You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements for digital services where you live. Where needed, a parent or guardian must authorize use of cloud features and accept applicable terms. The app's age rating does not replace legally required authorization.

Only record, import or share content you own or have permission to use. Obtain any required consent from people whose voices or private information you submit. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate others, harass, distribute unlawful content or bypass access restrictions.

03

Your content and cloud choices

You keep your existing rights in your content. You authorize only the processing needed to provide the feature you request, including transcription, AI generation, storage, optional sync and sharing you choose. The separate cloud permission screens and Privacy Policy explain recipients and sensitive-data processing. Using local functions does not by itself authorize cloud AI or personal-content sync.

Guest content belongs to the device's service identity; restoring an Apple purchase restores supported subscription access, not another device's private notes. Keep copies of material you need. Original Bible translations, music, fonts and other resources have their own notices in the app's licenses page. Illustrated stories are retellings to read alongside their cited passages.

04

AI-assisted material

Transcripts, summaries, guides and AI answers can contain errors or omissions. Review important details against Scripture and the source recording before relying on or sharing output. AI answers are not authoritative interpretations and do not replace pastoral, medical, legal or other professional help.

YouTube processing is limited to public links through the documented provider interface. It does not grant you rights in someone else's video or transcript. You remain responsible for having permission to submit and use the source.

05

Purchases and subscriptions

Before confirming an Apple purchase, the app shows the actual billed total, billing period and applicable trial. Equivalent weekly figures, when shown, are comparisons rather than a weekly billing arrangement. Trials renew at the displayed full price unless cancelled through Apple; eligibility is determined by Apple.

Free and Premium access may have feature and usage limits. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings; use Restore Purchases for supported purchases. Apple handles payments and refund requests under applicable rules. Deleting the app or guest account does not cancel your Apple subscription. A temporary server-verification failure may delay cloud access without meaning Apple did not charge you.

06

Deletion and service requests

Use Profile → Your data → Delete account to request removal of guest content. The app provides a receipt and explains asynchronous cleanup and limited retained records in the Privacy Policy. Revoking a share link cannot erase copies held by others.

Contact support@calvityai.com for privacy, subscription-access or service questions. We notify you of material changes; new processing requiring explicit permission will ask for it. These terms do not exclude non-waivable warranties or remedies under applicable law.
